I have no issues with the work performed. Because of the wait for parts the vehicle was washed when brought in but was filthy when returned. Also I find it insulting for a major dealership to charge for using a credit card.

Inept service department, unwilling to repair my vehicle. Technicians blamed everything else except problems with their vehicle electrical systems. And never even tested my electrical system to determine the cause. Service manager Joe Labrador worthless as well. 1.6 rating on Yelp says it all. They offer no support after the sale. Will never buy a vehicle nor visit Sunland Park Dodge ever again. Veterans beware.

This service experience was very good. I am an out of town customer, the service representatives were very helpful and ensured repair was completed by the end of the day. Minor negative comment is the paper floor mat and plastic bag seat protector were not removed after servicing was complete.
