The staff here were absolutely fantastic! They went and above and beyond to help me get a vehicle. From the sales consultants to the manager and even the finance manager…AMAZING! Literally bent over backwards to make it happen and I highly recommend after my experience. It was more than just selling me a car. Elizabeth is an awesome service advisor. She keeps me informed throughout the entire process and explained each service in detail. The mechanics do an outstanding job, never had to take a vehicle back in due to sub-par work. The mechanics are also time efficient. I will only bring my vehicles to Sunland Dodge even though there are other Dodge dealerships closer to me.

Had an amazing experience again. Love this place. Had my oil change and emissions inspection done. Was kept informed throughout the whole process and I did have to wait two hours, but that was due to my car having a recall that they went ahead and took care of while I was there.

I arrived on time and was greeted immediately and Saul was my assistant, very nice young man. I wait a little over an hour for an oil change and state inspection. Not bad. Price could be less expensive though.

Customer service is excellent. I took my 2022 Jeep Wrangler for a Texas Safety inspection and it was taken care of in no time. Call the day prior to verify vehicle was still available. Juan A answered all my questions and I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was very informative and upfront with all my pricing questions. He had me in and out in about 2.5 hours.
My advisor Saul was never there to tell me what was wrong with the truck and never picked up the phone. I went for the truck saying it was fixed, and 5 minutes into driving it the engine light came back on and it said to take it back to the dealership. I was charged, & drove out for no reason. I live out of town just to come and find out myself the truck was not fixed and had to stay at the dealership again.
I absolutely love my ladies in the back parts department. Always sweet and ready to hear just how I manage to get nails in my tire 😂😂

Service adviser, Alyssa, was great. My truck was fixed with in a couple of days, that was excellent. The problem is with your new program that provide texts over billing. The program text indicated it would cost me 240 dollars to fix the problem but I ended up paying over 450 dollars. When question at the cashiers Alyssa did informed me the program was new and it was sending text with the wrong total cost.
